Call for Papers | ESC Special Issue | Inclusive Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Education

The journal Education, Society & Cultures (ESC) invites submissions for a special issue on inclusive technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) in education.

As AI increasingly shapes educational content, teaching, learning and assessment processes, this special issue aims to foster a critical and interdisciplinary discussion on its educational and social implications, with a strong focus on digital inclusion, accessibility, equity and social justice.

This thematic issue reflects the collaborative commitment of several research centres in Education Sciences — including CIIE/labDERE, LE@D/UAb, and the University of Extremadura — to advancing critical perspectives on the design and use of AI in education.
