Sofia Marques da Silva and Nicolas Martins da Silva at EUGLOH Annual Summit 2025

At the invitation of the organisation, Sofia Marques da Silva and Nicolas Martins da Silva participated, as experts and methodological facilitators, in the EUGLOH Annual Summit 2025, which took place in Porto from October 22nd to 24th.

They led the EUGLOH Co-Creation Workshop: Healthy Futures Through Life, which focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with growing up in rural and sparsely populated regions.

The EUGLOH Summit brought together over 400 participants from 35 institutions in 18 countries, featuring debates, working meetings, plenary sessions, roundtables, and workshops.

The EUGLOH (European University Alliance for Global Health), founded in 2019, is an alliance of nine European universities dedicated to global health through a multidisciplinary approach, promoting cooperation in areas such as teaching, research, innovation, and service to society.
