Taísa Oliveira is an FCT-funded PhD fellow in Educational Sciences at the University of Porto. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Social Policy and a Bachelor’s in Criminology. She has experience working in educational and social projects. Taísa's research interests focus on processes of inclusion/exclusion of migrants, academic careers, academic mobility, diversity, equality, and inclusion in higher education, post and decolonial studies. She's a founding member of the 'Afreketê' group of independent researchers that combines research and social movement initiative
