The book of abstracts I Seminário Internacional EXPRESSA: Re-imaginar a Comunicação Científica em Educação [1st EXPRESSA International Seminar: Re-imagining Scientific Communication in Education] contains the texts of the lectures given by Professor Fátima Vieira, Vice-Rector of the University of Porto (“A comunicação de ciência e o modo de pensar utópico: Uma visão para 2030” [Science communication and the utopian way of thinking: A vision for 2030]) and Professor Agostinho Ribeiro (“Criar e comunicar conhecimento em contextos de educação” [Creating and communicating knowledge in educational contexts]), at the 2nd EXPRESSA International Seminar "Re-Imaginar a Comunicação Científica em Educação" [Re-Imagining Scientific Communication in Education], which took place at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto, on 24 and 25 October 2019, under the responsibility of members of the IDEAFor, CAFTe, EIP, JEDI and PIV Research Communities of Practice belonging to the Centre for Educational Research and Intervention (CIIE).

This publication also includes the abstracts of the papers presented at the Seminar. The e-book also includes a reflective memoir on the processes of drawing up and developing the EXPRESSA movement.
