This book - Escola, identidades e democracia: livro de resumos [School, identities and democracy: book of abstracts] - includes the abstracts of the papers to be presented at the 1st International Congress on School, Identity and Democracy, which will take place on 7, 8 and 9 July 2022.  This seminar is organised by the IDEAFor practical research community at FPCEUP's Centre for Educational Research and Intervention (CIIE). IDEAFor's main activities include organising projects, debating research, publishing in scientific and dissemination journals, promoting initiatives in the field of school innovation policies and practices, developing democratic action and thinking, and training teachers for intercultural communication and social justice.
