This is a Congress that aims to bring us together to take a close, careful and supportive look at the Portuguese education system, its kindergartens, its schools, the people who live in them and the initiatives that have been built up in Portugal since 25 April 1974, when an ambitious project of political transformation began in this country, based on three core desires: democratise, decolonise and develop.
