The "Tailor-made Consultancy" model, founded by Ariana Cosme and implemented here by Daniela Ferreira, has been running for four years in a school in Matosinhos, at the invitation of the city council, with very positive results in the use of collaborative pedagogical practices by the teaching staff, in the participation of children in the life of the school and their learning, in school success and the reduction of drop-outs.
