Companhia do Estudo is a mentoring project devised by Critical Software and implemented with the support of CIIE-FPCEUP, which aims to support and accompany children and young people from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds on their academic and personal journey.

Since the project began in 2021, more than 150 volunteers have worked with Companhia do Estudo and more than 200 children have been accompanied by the support of 5 companies.

CIIE/FPCEUP took part in designing and structuring the project, supports the training and ongoing monitoring of volunteer mentors (Daniela Ferreira) and collaborates in the impact assessment (Cibelle Toledo).
