The COSI.ed project, "Co-created Education through Social Inclusion", funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, has now seen its practices integrated into CEDEFOP's "VET Toolkit for tackling early leaving", highlighting them as good practices.
Implementing these innovative practices in Portugal is the COSI.ed (CIIE) project team, made up of Amélia Veiga (PI), Ana Cristina Torres (Co-PI), Mariana Fonseca (BI), Eunice Macedo, António M. Magalhães, Sofia A. Santos and Helena C. Araújo and the team from Escola de Segunda Oportunidade de Matosinhos (@ae2o_e2om), the project's partner school, Luís Mesquita, Poliksena Hardalova, Maria Joana Costa (until 9/2023) and Ana Garcia (from 10/2023).
It is worth noting the work and involvement of everyone involved in implementing and, above all, sharing the good practices of the COSI.ed project!
