Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) | Registration open

As part of the INES project - Innovative Teaching and Learning Paths for the Prevention of New Drugs Abuse (ERASMUS+), coordinated by UPorto and in which Amélia Veiga represents FPCEUP, registration is now open for a "Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)" course for master's and doctoral students:

"INES - INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH APPROACHES TO DISSEMINATE OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN THE FIELD OF THE USE PREVENTION OF NEW PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES (NPS)"

The English course will have an eLearning component, taking place between December 2023 and March 2024, and a face-to-face component (funded) from 15 to 19 April 2024 in Bologna, Italy. According to the course directors ' instructions, it may be accredited in the different study cycles.

Topics addressed: 
1. Classification and categorisation of NPS; 
2. Toxic effects and Risk assessment;
3. Diffusion Channels;
4. Representation of NPS use in mainstream channels.

Applications are open until 18 November by email (entitled BIP-INES application) to Fernando Remião (remiao@ff.up.pt), attaching CV information, student number and motivation letter. 
A B2 level of English is required.
