These are the principles to be debated at the XV Congress of the Portuguese Society of Educational Sciences (SPCE), which will take place at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP) and the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (ESE-IPP) from 16 to 18 July 2020.
