Margarida Louro Felgueiras, scientific coordinator of CITRIME-Murça (Interdisciplinary, Inter-Regional and Cross-Border Centre for the Memory of Education) took part, at the invitation of the 1st International Conference on the History of Education and Childhood, in the closing round table with the intervention "Childhoods on the margins as an object of historical research: multiple approaches", together with Moysés Kuhlmann, from the University of Brasilia and Betânia Oliveira Laterza, from the University of Uberlândia (Minas Gerais), which was followed by an interesting debate.

This conference was organised by the Postgraduate Programme of the University of Mato Grosso - UFMAT, Brazil, in collaboration with the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies CEIS20 of the University of Coimbra and took place online.

At the end of the session, Elisabeth Sá, from the organising committee, launched the challenge for the II Conference to be held in Portugal, in person, at CITRIME-Murça, with the support of the CIIE of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto.
