Abstract

Social | Haters aimed to contribute to a better understanding of hate speech among and by young people on social media in Europe, before and during COVID-19. As part of the project, a questionnaire, five case studies and a systematic content analysis of posts on the social network TikTok were carried out. The results of the project will contribute to a reflection on preventing and combating online hate speech among and by young people in Europe, through partnerships with researchers from Spain and Italy associated with the project.
