The EPSAPE group - Continuing Education, Knowledge and Professional Learning in Education / CIIE-FPCEUP is a research group created on 11 May 2022, comprised of master's, doctoral and post-doctoral students in Education Sciences and researchers/teachers. The research area to which the group is dedicated is wide-ranging, viewing the educational process as permanent. Attention is paid to how education professionals learn and build their knowledge.
Area of Study
Contexts, spaces and processes of continuing education and development; adult education and socio-cultural animation; contribution of initial and continuing training to the construction of professional knowledge in education; collaborative work, supervision, didactics and IPP; work context as a space for learning and construction of knowledge; identity and professional development in education; critical thinking; Cultural heritage, education and museology; non-traditional students in higher education; health education.
Objectives: to monitor the process/evolution of research work and to encourage collaboration between group members and joint research and publication, thus contributing to knowledge in the field of Education Sciences.
