This book is inspired by and extends the project Transferability of Promising Practices in Learning Across Different Educational Contexts (Edu-Transfer), which was conceived and submitted for funding while Horizon 2020 was still in force. (...) EduTransfer was set up to challenge and support different educational institutions to foster mutual inter-institutional learning, with the main aim of improving the educational experience of young people. Concerning education professionals, who are crucial figures in the lives of young people and their educational trajectories, it was based on the assumption that they have plural identities under continuous and differentiated construction. (...) Investing in the potential transferability of promising practices between different educational contexts, we explored inclusive and creative pedagogical innovation, in a dialogue between research and educational practice, with a focus on participatory research, supported by an ethnographic approach. (...) This book addresses education professionals in schools, researchers, university students, and a wider public. It therefore seeks to strengthen the dialogue between different people, including those in political decision-making positions.
