Hélder Ferraz was interviewed for RTP Madeira's news report on his participation in the ESREA POLICY STUDIES IN ADULT EDUCATION (PSAE) NETWORK V CONFERENCE, which took place between 29 February and 02 March 2024 on Madeira island, Portugal.

Hélder Ferraz's participation was part of the dissemination of the European project CLEAR - Constructing Learning Outcomes in Europe - A multi-level analysis of (under)achievement in the life course, funded by the Horizon Europe programme, which includes eight countries, including Portugal, represented by the University of Porto under the coordination of Tiago Neves.
