The "Portuguese Strategy on Citizenship Education" webinar was held on 14/11 as part of the "Democrat: Education for Democracy" project, funded by the European Commission's Horizon Europe programme and coordinated by the University of Barcelona.

Amélia Lopes, the project's consultant, co-organised this webinar, in which Isabel Menezes gave a talk on "Citizenship education and the link between theory, policy and practice"; Eunice Macedo presented projects in this area in which she has been involved, and Sofia Almeida Santos discussed the process of drawing up the National Strategy for Citizenship Education, which was the responsibility of the working group she was part of (along with Eunice Macedo and Helena C. Araújo).
