Daniela Pinto and Thiago Freires at the 5th Transnational Meeting of the EMstep Project
Between 21 and 23 April, Daniela Pinto and Thiago Freires took part in the 5th Transnational Meeting of the EMstep Project, held in Maribor, Slovenia.
During the meeting, Professional Development Plans to be implemented in the partner schools were discussed, with the aim of making teaching practices more inclusive. The meeting also defined the details of the EMstep Final Conference, which will take place in hybrid format from Izmir, Turkey, on 1 July 2026.

The local EMstep team also includes CIIE researchers Angélica Monteiro and Ana Cristina Torres. In Portugal, three School Clusters are participating in this initiative: Cerco, Eugénio de Andrade and Gondifelos.
