Erasmus+ Youth in Action Agency honours MINDtheGaps as an Inspiring Project

The international project "MINDtheGaps - Media Literacy Towards Youth Social Inclusion", funded by the Erasmus+ programme (ref. 2019-2-PT02-KA205-006226), was considered an Inspiring CES 2020 Project by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Agency. Representatives from the National Agency were at the CIIE/FPCEUP premises to interview the project's leadership team. Part of the interview is part of the video of the 2020 Good Practice Event, held on 10 December, World Human Rights Day. The national Erasmus+ agencies, Education and Training and Youth in Action organised the session to announce the good practice awards given to Erasmus+ projects recognised for their quality in the areas of Education, Training and Youth.

Led by CIIE/FPCEUP
, the consortium, which brings together partners from Bulgaria, Norway, Portugal and Turkey, is coordinated by CIIE researcher Angélica Reis Monteiro and co-coordinated by Carlinda Leite.

The national team also includes Rita Barros, Amélia Lopes, Cristina Rocha, Preciosa Fernandes, Sofia Marques da Silva, João Caramelo, Elsa Guedes Teixeira and Mariana Rodrigues.

MINDtheGaps, which began in January this year and will end at the end of 2021, aims to help promote equal opportunities for young people in situations of social vulnerability by developing media literacy skills.

Congratulations to the team!
