 The Study on Post-Secondary and Higher Education in Cybersecurity in Portugal characterises cybersecurity courses and the implementation of cybersecurity content in courses and cycles of study in the area of Computer Sciences. The study analyses the objectives, contents and learning outcomes of cybersecurity courses and study cycles and identifies the number of students attending, graduates and the evolution of the number, as well as the registration in a scientific area of master's dissertations and doctoral theses over the last 10 years. With an exploratory vocation, the study also analyses the perspectives of the directors of higher education courses and cycles of study on the technical, ethical and legal training components, the needs of the labour market and the challenges facing training in the area of cybersecurity in terms of research and innovation.
