The project aims to: (O1) Strengthen human rights by deconstructing stereotypes about homelessness, and (O2) Contribute to strengthening the coherence of policies to mitigate homelessness in order to achieve sustainable development. O1 aims to target two different fronts: young university students and the general population.

The issue of homelessness will be brought to the attention of young university students between the ages of 17 and 30 by presenting the topic in Interactive Sessions held at higher education institutions, and by mobilising them to take an active part in the digital campaign to raise awareness among the general population, promoting the sharing of the materials produced on social networks and as a way of collecting their perceptions of the issue.

The Portuguese population will be the target of an information and awareness campaign through the production and dissemination of infographics and videos that reflect the reality experienced by homeless people, as well as their personal stories. O2's target group will be political decision-makers. Through the presentation of a list of recommendations, produced from the collection and analysis of data, as well as the assessment of the population's perceptions, they will be made responsible for the effective implementation of European public policies that aim to combat poverty and social exclusion, as well as analysing the coherence that exists between these and the other sectors.
